Do you ship outside the UK? TOP
Indeed we do! We are always delighted to receive orders from overseas customers. If you have any questions about specific destinations please contact us.
How can I see what things cost in my own currency? TOP

What payment methods can I use? TOP
UK and International customers - we accept payment via PayPal's secure server. You can use this to pay by credit or debit card and you don't need to have a PayPal account to do so, although they're very useful.
UK customers - you can also pay by cheque or postal order.
How long will my order take to arrive? TOP
We always do our best to ship your completed order within 24 hours of receiving it. Orders placed at weekends will be shipped the next business day. If for any reason there is a delay, we will notify you promptly so please provide a valid e-mail address at checkout.
Please note, if you are paying by e-cheque your order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared, usually 5-10 days.
The length of time your order takes to arrive after it is dispatched will depend on the mail service you have chosen and your location.
How do I return something? TOP
We want you to be happy with your purchases so if you change your mind, or we made a mistake with your order we'll deal with it promptly.
Please follow these steps to enable us to help you:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for return.

We will send you instructions and a returns authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. If the order was damaged in transit please keep the packaging it came in as you may need to return it with the items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
All items must be returned unopened, with original packaging and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
